Submitting ITicket for non-personal equipment
Purpose:
This procedure is to make sure that all IT ITickets are submitted uniformly for all University Equipment that is not individual workstations. Using this procedure ensures that all communication for issues that need to be
resolved are routed through the general circulation email.
Overview:
The IT ITicket system is to be used for reporting issues that will need staff to look at. All issues other than printer jams should be submitted electronically.

Access to moecirc email

Procedure
1. Use moecirc to email helpdesk@valpo.edu and cc moecirc@valpo.edu
2. In the subject area provide a quick topic of the problem. (i.e. lab computer freezing)
3. In the body of the email provide detailed information about the problem as well as the tag number of the piece of equipment and the location that the equipment is found.
