Purpose

To provide basic remediation to known issues experienced on these laptops.

Procedure:

1. If a faculty/staff laptop shows no networks are available, run the troubleshooter in Network and Internet settings menu. IT has advised that this will resolve the issue without requiring an ITicket to be placed.
