High School Visit Itinerary

Purpose:
Sometimes there are high school visits to the campus that don’t involve the library, but we may need to provide information as to where they need to go.
Overview:
This will provide information on how to archive and find the emails that are sent that have the itinerary for visits that may not be in areas that can be reserved and found on our daily operations sheets

Access to moecirc, and the High school Visit Itinerary calendar

Procedure
1. When an email comes into moecirc that has a visit itinerary in it open the appropriate calendar
2. Go to the date of the visit and create an event. The event title should just say Itinerary sent with the date the email was sent
3. Set email notification for 24 hours prior to the visit.
4. Move the email into the High school Visit folder in moecirc
5. Once the notification has been sent and the itinerary printed out the email can be deleted.
6. Post the itinerary on the wall with the other reservation sheets.
