Required Knowledge/Skills:

Google Docs, Excel

Equipment/Supplies:

Access to CCLS2

Procedure:

1. All Students will be evaluated by two different managers and their combined evaluations will be used for recommendations.

2. In February the Employment Coordinator will send the managers a list of students they will be evaluating as both the primary or
secondary manager.

3. The Stacks Maintenance Manager will provide the shelf reading score for both Media and Circulation students as well as the
scale that is to be used for evaluations.

4. The ASRS Manager will do the same for all students who are trained to audit.

5. The Employment Coordinator will provide the scores and scale for the quizzes as well as attendance records for the students.

6. Evaluations will be completed over spring break.

7. The Primary Manger on the Evaluation will go over the evaluation with the student and have them sign off on it if they choose
to.

8. Signing the evaluation does not mean the student agrees with the assessment only that they have received it. Students have the
right to refuse to sign the evaluation.

9. Students will be given the option to retain a copy of their evaluation. Original evaluations will be placed in their employment
file.

10. Students who have worked at least one year will also sign their FERPA form at this time.
