Review a Completed Task in Perceptive Content

You may review a previously completed task in Perceptive Content following the directions below:

Step-by-Step Guide

Log into Perceptive Content directly, or it can be found from the Administrative Links page in Confluence.

  1. From the Home screen, select the Tasks button.
  2. You will then see three sub-menus, My Assigned, Complete, and Cancelled. Select Complete, then click the blue Search button.
  3. A list of all of your completed tasks will be presented. This may include student requests from the Registrar or AARC, as well as Faculty Appointment letters.
    1. You may sort the list by clicking on any of the column headings (Document Type, for example) click once for ascending (A-Z) or twice for descending (Z-A)
    2. You may also use the search bar to search by Document Type. The + icon allows you to add search criteria. You may save a filter using the icons in the upper-right hand corner.
  4. To open a document, click on the document and it will open to view.
    1. You can modify the view using the toggle buttons in the upper right-hand corner.
