Find a Random MAC Address
If you're having trouble registering on the wi-fi network and getting an endless login loop, try these instructions to see if this fixes your problem.
All platforms and devices should have some version of this setting, so this should work for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, etc.
See if Random MAC Addresses are enabled
- Open your Settings app. On nearly all devices, Its icon is a cog wheel.
- Click on the option for Network & Internet.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Click the cog/gear icon next to valpo-net.
- Under Advanced > Privacy make sure it's set to Use device MAC
After disabling the option, try re-registering
- In the Wi-Fi settings menu, click on the list of wi-fi networks.
- "Forget" both valpo-net and valpo-connect.
- Just to be safe, restart the computer/device and try registering your computer again on valpo-connect.
- Connect to valpo-net, and see if you now have internet access.
