Express Voicemail Messaging

Quickly send a voicemail message to another campus extension without waiting for their line to ring and play a greeting.

1. Press voicemail button 

   Open

   

   .

2. Log into voicemail.

3. Press 6.

4. Enter the mailbox number (four-digit extension) for which you want to record a message.

5. Record message.

6. Hang up.
