Parchment provides Valpo’s diplomas, including printed and digital copies. New graduates receive an email with instructions for confirming the shipping address and claiming their diploma or certificate. The Diplomas page has a button for ordering a replacement diploma, but this service and the related fee are only for those who received their initial diploma upon graduation and want to order an additional diploma.
If you’re a graduation candidate, please wait until you receive an email from Parchment within 30 days of completing your program.
Note: The Registrar is unable to release diplomas to graduates with any outstanding obligations to the University. Please resolve any outstanding obligations (such as library fines or parking tickets) with the applicable offices before graduation to avoid delays.
