Course Type Abbreviations for the Schedule of Classes

The table below lists the course type abbreviations used by department chairs and deans in building the schedule of classes for each academic term. Some course types were used to manage general education requirements under previous Catalogs and are not used in current degree requirements. They remain associated with certain courses to facilitate readmission of former students and completion of older academic programs.
