Visiting Student Registration Process

REG Jira Notification received on March 31, 2024. Wait one or two days and check APPN to see if the applicant now has a Student status.
REG Jira Notification – Student’s Intent to Enroll
APPN
Applicant flipped to Student status by Admission on 4/1/2024. TBD is the person in Admissions that flips applicants to a Student status for undergraduate and graduate academic levels.
Check STAC to see if student is already registered. If so, check the appropriate screens to ensure the preparation was done.
SPRO - Activating SPRO and advisor assigned. Be sure to add Student Type:
DVS – Domestic Visiting Student
IVS – International Visiting Student
IEXD – International Exchange Degree Seeking
IEXN – International Exchange Non-Degree
AGRV – View Person Agreements
Make sure the student has accepted the payment agreement in Self-Service.
SREP - registration priority assigned (if necessary)
Reg priority ends after registration priority assignments have ended. The end date for Summer and Fall 2024 was April 11th. On April 12th students did not need a reg priority to register in Self-Service, however they will need their advisor to end their advising hold.
