Course Description Expanded View in Acalog

Use these steps to expand all course descriptions for a department or for the whole catalog.

This may be useful for a department chair or program director reviewing course offerings and considering Catalog Change Proposal Writing in Curriculog.

Step-by-step guide

  • Start at catalog.valpo.edu
  • Navigate to the Course Desciptions using either the Courses button on the Home page or the Course Descriptions (undergraduate) or Course Offerings (graduate) link in the navigation pane on the left side of any catalog page.










  • Select a prefix from the drop-down menu and click the Filter button.

  • Click the Printer-Friendly Page icon.

  • Click the Expand All Courses link at the top of the page.

  • You can now see all course descriptions in full for the selected Prefix. Use the Print this Page link to save as a PDF or print a copy on paper.
