A course import package is a ZIP file of exported course content. When you import a course package into an existing course, the content of the package is copied into the existing course. Import packages don't include student enrollments or data, such as discussion activity and grades.

Step-by-step guide: 

click import package
select browse local files
open file
select the course materials to include then click submit
select submit
success at the top example
view log example

 

Once the import is complete, it is good practice to check all of your content areas and make any updates such as due dates, etc.
