Change the voicemail password for your campus extension.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Access the CallPilot system by dialing x5300 or pressing the "Message" button on your phone.
    1. From off-campus, dial 219.464.5300.
  2. Enter your mailbox number (four-digit extension) followed by the # key.
  3. Enter the current password followed by the # key.
  4. Press 84.
  5. Enter the old password, followed by the # key.
  6. Enter the new password, followed by the # key.
  7. Enter the new password again, followed by the # key.
  8. Press 83 or hang up.

 

Unknown password?

If you don't know the current password, place an ITicket through the Help Desk to request a reset.
