How to Obtain Data for Academic Action Reporting

Complete an ITicket to obtain access to Entrinsik Informer Reporting Tool if you are not already an Informer user.
Aademic Action reporting takes place (when does this occur). Each College is responsible for (what do they do and who does it). These instructions outline how to use Colleague and Informer to obtain data for academic action reporting.
Step-by-Step Guide
1.Navigate to Colleague
2.Enter SLED or XSAV to create a SavedList of the student records to review for academic action (need screenshots of SLED)
3.Run BEVL with the SavedList (in Colleague or the Informer BEVL report?)
4.Navigate to Informer. Log in using Valpo credentials.
5.Run an Informer Query prompting for the date BEVL was ran to obtain the Major GPA and the College GPA of the students from the SavedList
NOTE: Major GPA and College GPA are mapped to the Degree Audit (DA.BLOCK.WORK) and must be run separately
6.Run another report to obtain Cumulative GPA and Term GPA
7.Merge both Excel files
