This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to log into the KnowBe4 training platform using your Valpo email. It also guides you on how to access training sessions and download the KnowBe4 Learner App.

 


Open KnowBe4 Save\Bookmark this address for future training access.
Login the console using your Valpo email address.
Note: Choose the one that was used to send you this document if you have multiple accounts.

Choose your account.

You will then be signed into the KnowBe4 console.

 

 

Click the down arrow next to your name.
Choose Profile.

 

 

Fill in your First Name and Last name fields. The others are optional.

 

 


You will click on the Training tab in order to access any training sessions you have.

 

 

Introducing the KnowBe4 Learner App
The KnowBe4 Learner App allows you to access your training anytime and anywhere on your mobile device. Download the KnowBe4 Learner App from Apple or Google Play mobile app store. Follow the directions to link your account.
