Procedures for Searching by Title (Periodicals)

SEARCH BY TITLE
Press + then type in the title

SEARCH BY PUBLISHER’S # (ISSN#)
Press i then the number

TO CHECK IN A BOX AND PRINT A LABEL

Select a box

Press the CHECK IN button

Check to make sure information is correct

BEFORE PRESSING OK make sure that the label is lined up correctly in the printer

Then press OK

When done, Press Q to quit and Yes to save changes to the record (if asked)

TO PRINT A LABEL WITHOUT CHECKING IN A BOX

Right click on one box

Go to Box Menu

Press Print labels

Then press OK

TO MODIFY A BOX

Select the Box

Right click

Go to Box Menu

Select modify boxes individually

TO INSERT A BOX

Right click when in the Record

Select Extrapolate Boxes

Edit Data as necessary

When finished, press OK
