ACBL- Account Balance Look Up
The Account Balance Inquiry form in Colleague is helpful to budget administrators that need to view account balances associated with a PO or a BPO. Detailed instructions for accessing ACBL are provided below.
Step-by-Step Guide
1.Navigate to Colleague
2.Type ACBL in the Search for a Form menu. Hit Enter.
3.Enter the GL account number the PO or BPO is issued against. Click Ok.
4.Enter the fiscal year. Click Ok.
5. At this stage you may use these functions to detail into various areas of the form:
Actuals: Use the F2 command or click the detail icon to see the payment from this account
Encumbrances: Use the F2 Command or click the detail icon to see open purchase orders issued against this account
Requisitions: Use the F2 command or click the detail icon to see requisitions that have not become a purchase order
