Password Maintenance
Maintain your ValpoNet password for continued alumni access to Gmail@Valpo, DataVU, and the Career Center’s Handshake system.
Update your password or recovery options at the Account Management System.
Valpo alumni get to keep their @valpo.edu Google accounts but will be limited to 1GB of data. For more information on this, check out this Alumni Google Storage Information page. If you wish to adjust any forwarding on your email address, instructions are available through a Google search or by contacting the IT Help Desk.
DataVU Access
You have limited access to the “Alumni and Friends” menu in DataVU for diploma and official transcript orders. See instructions for ordering your diploma in this knowledge base article.
Need income tax forms (such as W-2’s) or pay advice information? Contact Human Resource Services (219.464.5214 or human.resources@valpo.edu) to request them.
Library Databases
Access to library databases is reserved for active students and employees of the University. Limited guest access is available for individuals who visit the Christopher Center in person. Contact Library Services staff for more information.
