Review Transfer Credit for a Student

In Student Planning Self-Service

Applied credit can be viewed in DataVU Self-Service at datavu1.valpo.edu

• After signing in, select 'Advising' from the Main Menu

• Your assigned advisees will appear in a list, or you can select any student by entering their name in the search box.
• Click View Details next to the student you want to review

• Transfer and other non-Valpo credit can be viewed in a few places:
  • On the Course Plan tab, under Non-term Courses (click the back arrow to the very beginning)
  • 
  • On the Transfer Summary Tab, click on the name of the institution to expand and see the courses
  • 
  • On the Test Scores tab you will see Placement Tests, AP, or other scores
  •
