Repeat Courses - Notes & Tips

After the repeat course receives a grade on the following instance it does not calculate into the Cumulative GPA. It will calculate into the term GPA when the course was taken.

Notice that under the Cum: row for 2023 Summer 2 Term that both the ATT and GRD column are the same. This means that it was calculated into the SEM and CUM GPA.

Now if you look on the semester when the next instance of the course was taken that under the Cum: row for 2023 Fall Semester that the ATT and GRD columns are different.

This means that the previous instance of the course was not calculated into the CUM GPA.

Correct in Colleague -

In STAC locate course and detail into SACD. SACD should look like this below for the first instance of the course taken or the image-20241114-221437.png from above.

 

STRP looks like this -

 

Then find the next instance of the course in STAC and then detail into SACD. The next instance of the course should look like below. This is the second course from above image-20241114-221722.png
