International Transfer Admissions Workflow with the Office of the Registrar

1) Reference the shared spreadsheet between Admissions and the Office of the Registrar.  (Sample below)  Please see Admissions or the Office of the Registrar for access to this spreadsheet.

2) Under the "International" tab, you will find the international students that have been admitted to Valparaiso University.  

3) The next step would be to check if all the transcripts we have received in Slate are official.

4) If the transcript(s) is official, please enter the institution and courses onto the student's academic record.  If we do not have the institution in Colleague, please see Creating an Institution in Colleague.
