Review Transfer Credit for a Student
In Student Planning Self-Service
If the student has provided full documentation of the credit, and it has been applied by the Office of the Registrar
Applied credit can be viewed in DataVU Self-Service at datavu1.valpo.edu
After signing in, select 'Advising' from the Main Menu
Your assigned advisees will appear in a list, or you can select any student by entering their name in the search box.
Click View Details next to the student you want to review
Transfer and other non-Valpo credit can be viewed in a few places:
On the Course Plan tab, under Non-term Courses (click the back arrow to the very beginning)
On the Transfer Summary Tab, click on the name of the institution to expand and see the courses
On the Test Scores tab you will see Placement Tests, AP, or other scores
