- Document Keys populated:
- Student Name
- Colleague ID
via Mail, Hand-Delivery, or email
- Add to Perceptive Content via Scanner or ImageNow Printer
- Received in the Perceptive Content Student Academic Files Drawer, Scan & Link queue
- Scan & Link the transcript with the student's Colleague record using the XRIA screen

- Assign Custom Properties

- Route forward to TC - Gen Ed Artic if needed for transfer credit
- This creates a folder for the student to contain all subsequent documents submitted
- Route to TC - Complete queue if no action needed
- Route to TC - Incoming Student Hold queue for later review

General Education Articulation prepared
Office of the Registrar
- Using the Google Sheets template, prepare a General Education Articulation (GEA) of transfer credits to Valpo courses & Gen Ed requirements
- Hover your cursor down to Google Sheets, then the right arrow next to Google Sheets
- Select 'From a Template'
- Select the General Education Articulation template
- Name the new file using the convention: LName, FName_ColleagueID
- Major courses included if known
- Transfer Equivalency Report (TRER) prepared
- GEA submitted using the button on the template
- TRER Documents uploaded to Perceptive Content using ImageNow Printer capture profile
- 48 hour turnaround (M-F) from receipt of the transcript
Plan of Study prepared
Departmental or Athletics Transfer Liaison
- Receives a notification email via Perceptive Content of a new Plan of Study needed
- Review documents in Perceptive Content
- Using the Google Sheet shared by the Office of the Registrar, and found in the Google Share Drive folder Transfer Articulations & Plans of Study prepare a plan of study for the student's remaining terms at Valpo
- Submit using the "Click to Submit" button on the Google Sheet
- Plan of Study is submitted to Perceptive Content
- 48 hour turnaround (M-F)
Plan of Study shared with student
Transfer Admissions, Athletics
- Transfer Admissions & Athletics receive notification that the student's articulation & plan of study are complete
- Coordinate communication with the student.
Degree Audit updated
Office of the Registrar
- Transfer Admissions & Athletics receive notification that the student's articulation & plan of study are complete
Athletics and/or Transfer Admissions
- Coordinate communication with the student, and potentially with the academic advisor/dept transfer contact
