Each vendor has dedicated support for all faculty, students, and administrators throughout the sandbox evaluation process. You can find specific help resources below:
Canvas Sandbox Resource Group
The Canvas Sandbox Resource Group can be accessed from the left navigation menu under “Groups.”
Users can engage with Canvas support staff and receive Announcements.
If you want to reach out to the Valpo project team directly, you can access help with all of the sandboxes by going to the main CITAL service desk and selecting “LMS Software Evaluation.”
