Illiad new year changes

Note: the following examples are for the new 2011 year (to be made start of January 2011)- for other years, modify as appropriate.

To update our routing rules, go into the Customization Manager, at the top left change ILL to IVU. Go under "System"-> "Routing" -> and click on the green box that says "Routing".

The following changes need to be made to the following rules:

Rule #2: (one of the Awaiting Request Processing ones, the one that moves things to Awaiting Direct Request Sending). 2008 needs to be changed to 2009. It will read:

(t.ISSN > or t.ESPNumber >) and t.RequestType = 'Loan' and (t.LendingString = '' or t.LendingString is NULL) and u.Cleared='Yes' and t.LoanDate<'2009' and t.LoanDate>'1923' and u.NVTGC='IVU'

Rule #3: (one of the Awaiting Request Processing ones, the one that moves things to Awaiting PoD Processing). Each year needs to have one added to it, in other words:

This text:

t.RequestType = 'Loan' and (t.LoanDate like '%2007%' or t.LoanDate like '%2008%' or t.LoanDate like '%2009%' or t.LoanDate like '%2010%')

needs to be replaced with this:

t.RequestType = 'Loan' and (t.LoanDate like '%2008%' or t.LoanDate like '%2009%' or t.LoanDate like '%2010%' or t.LoanDate like '%2011%')
