Run this informer report:

GER - Alpha Mu Alpha - German Honor Society

Export results to excel for manipulation of the 3.300 GPA requirement in the German Classes.  Transfer Credits are allowed to be included.  Those are "ungraded" so they will not interfere with the GPA calculation but will be counted toward the 2 Years of German equivalency.

Eliminate anyone on the list with less than 4 COURSES in GER/FLGR subject courses.

FILTER on Status to remove and D, W, X classes that have been dropped, withdrawn or voided.

Remove one of the Duplicate Courses shown as "repeats"

RUN two different subtotals on the data tab

and      make sure to UNclick the Replace current Subtotals

in excel, click the little '3' box in the upper left

and remove any student with less than 4 courses listed.

ADD column "GPA" and divide the quality-points by the GPA credits.   You may find some students have not taken any classes at VU but qualified based on the number of transfer/AP classes.   Since they are required to have a minimum GPA at VU, those students do not qualify for membership.

You will remove any student with a calculated German Class GPA of less than 3.3.  You may find it is only one class, but if that grade is a 3.3 or higher, they will qualify
