Problem

You're trying to access Colleague but get this error message:

Unable to connect to remote server in Datatel/Colleague

Log into your valpo.edu Google account (gmail, etc.) before beginning

Solution

This error is most likely due to using an out-of-date link, bookmark, or shortcut. Make sure to login to Colleague by visiting colleague.valpo.edu. This address will always link to the latest version of Colleague.
