Word Mail Merge to Outlook

When needing a local Mail client to do mail merge in Word you can use the Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft® Outlook.

  1. Make sure that the MS-Office that you are running, includes Microsoft OutLook.
  2. If Outlook is not installed, contact Tech-Support to upgrade Office to include OutLook.
  3. Download and install the DOWNLOAD .EXE FILE (RECOMMENDED FOR USERS) This .exe file is for installation on Windows® machines only but you can download it using any operating system. Download GWSMO
  4. Follow the prompts to add the email address and login information. 
  5. Once installed open up Outlook.
  6. Run the Mail Merge.
