Before using the Fitness Center for the first time, there are a few things that need to be completed.
- Agree to the Fitness Center's policies and waiver in Self-Service (Students under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.)
- Provide at least one Emergency Contact in Self-Service
- Payment (covered by student fees for full-time students)
Step-by-step guide
To complete these items:
- If you need to pay for your membership (faculty, staff, part-time student, etc.) complete the Payment Form
- Log into Self-Service using your Valpo username and password
- Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner
- Select Emergency Information
- Complete at minimum a name and phone number for one contact
- Return to your username, then select Required Agreements
Full-Time Student Membership
Full-time students' membership to the Fitness Center is included in Student Fees for the Fall and Spring Semesters. Summer memberships are available for a nominal fee.
