Simple Syllabus makes collecting syllabi for accreditation purposes quick and easy with the Syllabus Collection Report which allows you to export syllabi in bulk in Weblink and .PDF formats with just a few clicks of a button. Special Note: To access and run reports, Report Admin user access privileges are required. For more information and training on Simple Syllabus Reports, please submit a CITAL Help Desk Ticket.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. To access the report:

  • Select the Reports report icon.png icon from the menu on the upper left side of your screen

  • Scroll down the page to find the Evidence Reports section and Syllabus collection

  1. To select report criteria:

  • By default, the most current term is used. To change the term of the report, make the selection from the Term drop-down menu

  • If necessary, you can further narrow the report results by filtering by TypeSubjectOrganizationCourse number or Instructor using the appropriate filter criteria fields

  • Once you have applied all of your desired filters click Generate to initiate your report

  1. To export the report:

  • The report results will appear below the Filter tool

  • From there you can view and export the results

  • You can choose to export the data as a CSV and/or as a collection of PDF documents

  • Generate CSV: Click Generate CSV to create a CSV file with links to the web version of each syllabus. After the report is generated click Ready for download to download the CSV file to your device.

  • Collect PDFs: Click Collect PDFs to generate a ZIP file with each individual syllabus PDF. After the report is generated click Ready for download to download the ZIP file to your device.
