There are three ways to find transfer credit for a student, depending on the stage in the process of documenting their credit.

If the student has provided full documentation of the credit, and it has been applied by the Office of the Registrar
Applied credit can be viewed in DataVU Self-Service at datavu1.valpo.edu
- After signing in, select 'Advising' from the Main Menu
- Your assigned advisees will appear in a list, or you can select any student by entering their name in the search box.
- Click View Details next to the student you want to review
- Transfer and other non-Valpo credit can be viewed in a few places:
- On the Course Plan tab, under Non-term Courses (click the back arrow to the very beginning)
- On the Transfer Summary Tab, click on the name of the institution to expand and see the courses
- On the Test Scores tab you will see Placement Tests, AP, or other scores
In 'Traditional' DataVU, you can see the same information on the Faculty Menu, under Faculty Information, Student Educational Planning. Select the student, then View Student Transcript.
For some students, a General Education Articulation, and Plan of Study may be found in the Google Share Drive
These documents, along with copies of Transcripts and Transfer Equivalency Reports may be found in Perceptive Content
