Before using the Fitness Center for the first time, there are a few things that need to be completed.

  1. Agree to the Fitness Center's policies and waiver in Self-Service
  2. Provide at least one Emergency Contact in Self-Service
  3. Payment (covered by student fees for full-time students)

Step-by-step guide

To complete these items:

  1. If you need to pay for your membership (faculty, staff, part-time student, etc.) complete the Payment Form
  2. Log into Self-Service using your Valpo username and password
  3. Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Select Emergency Information
    1. Complete at minimum a name and phone number for one contact
  5. Return to your username, then select Required Agreements
    1. Accept the Agreement


Full-Time Student Membership

Full-time students' membership to the Fitness Center is included in Student Fees for the Fall and Spring Semesters. Summer memberships are available for a nominal fee.
