- Click on the Reference number of any request to see the full history of updates made.
- Click in the Comment box to add Add a comment box.Click the Add button
- Enter the message you wish to send and click the Save button.
Your comment will be sent to the team member working on your request. You can let them know of any changes or request a status update. You can also include an attachment.
