  1. If you need to pay for your membership (faculty, staff, part-time student, etc.) complete the Payment Form
    1. Full-time students' membership to the Fitness Center is included in Student Fees for the Fall and Spring Semesters.
    2. Summer student memberships are available for a nominal fee.
  2. Log into Self-Service using your Valpo username and password
  3. Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner

    2. Complete at minimum a name and phone number for one contact

  5. Return to your username, then select Required Agreements
