In order to keep the University’s storage volume down, we will be implementing the following deletion schedule for all university Zoom accounts:
Recordings made PRIOR to August 17May 14th, 20202021
On February 26August 23rd, 2021 all Zoom recordings made before August 17, 2020 will be moved to “Zoom Trash.”
March 12, 2021 will be the last day to recover recordings made before August 17, 2020 from “Zoom Trash” before they are officially deleted.
Fall 2020 Semester Recordings
On April 14th, 2021 Zoom recordings made before January 1, 2021 May 14th, 2021 will be moved to “Zoom Trash.”
May 14September 6th, 2021 will be the last day to recover recordings made before January 1May 14th, 2021 from from “Zoom Trash” before they are officially deleted.
