The list below explains the typical processing time for common Registrar Services. Please note that there may be delays during our peak times, such as the start of a new term or the end of a term. Please submit your forms and requests as early as possible to avoid delays.

Automated email notification, at the times of submission as well as processing, is included in the workflows of our electronic forms.

Email notification is also sent for each update to our service desk requests, which are created by emails send sent to registrar@valpo.edu, degree.audit@valpo.edu, and registrar.transcripts@valpo.edu.
