The list below explains the typical processing time for common Registrar Services. Please note that there may be delays during our peak times, such as the start of a new term or the end of a term. Please submit your forms and requests as early as possible to avoid delays. Automated email notification, at the times of submission as well as processing, is included in the workflows of our electronic forms. Email notification is also sent for each update to our service desk requests, which are created by emails send to registrar@valpo.edu, degree.audit@valpo.edu, and registrar.transcripts@valpo.edu. Transcript Services:

Most orders for electronically delivered transcripts are fulfilled the same day. Orders for paper transcripts are typically mailed by Parchment on the same day that the order is placed if the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. For records older than 1990, or students of the Law School, requests can take up to 10 additional business days.
