Google Takeout enables you to transfer your email, drive and other data from a "@valpo.edu" Google account to a non-"@valpo.edu" Google account. It also provides the ability to export your data into downloadable files.
This functionality is only available for Faculty.
Transferring your email and Drive data to another Google account
If you would like to have your email and Google drive documents sent over to a different Google account, you'll want to start here:
https://takeout.google.com/transfer
Follow the on-screen instructions and the process will send your email and docs to the destination account. This takes some time, up to a week:

- The copy process usually happens within a few hours, but it can take up to a week.
- Copied files might appear in batches on your Google Account during the copy process.
- When your files are finished copying, you'll get an email at your Gmail address.
