Access & View W2 Tax Documents

DataVU is the system that provides access to pay advices, W2 tax forms, Fitness Center registration, class mailing lists, advising information, grade reports, and more. You can access the DataVU system using a web browser at https://datavu.valpo.edu. You'll need to know your ValpoNet credentials.

Step-by-step guide – View Tax Information

Log into your valpo.edu Google account (gmail, etc.) before beginning

  1. Visit DataVU at https://datavu1.valpo.edu.

  2. Sign in with your Valpo username and password and click sign in.

  1. Click Employee.

  1. Click Tax Information.

  1. Select that you would like to receive your W2 electronically

  1. You should then see your tax statements for each year that you worked for the University.
