Connect to Office Printers as a Faculty/Staff Member
Only faculty and staff members using a Windows OS, university owned computer/laptop can locally connect to their office printer using these directions. You cannot connect to office printers using these directions if you are attempting to connect via an Apple product such as Macbook Air or Macbook Pro to the office printers. If your department uses secure print, be sure to obtain your Department ID to allow you to print successfully. If any issues arise while attempting to connect on your university owned computer/laptop running Windows OS or you are having issues with printing on your Apple product, then contact IT via calling 219-464-5678 or at helpdesk@valpo.edu via email.
