This procedure assists Library staff with submitting procedures and policies for approval and proper use of the Confluence Library template.

Procedure

In an effort to consistently using the Library template, please refer to the following for entering a Confluence procedure or policy:

1) Write up the procedure or policy using the Library Confluence template as a guide.

2) Have it approved by your department head.

3) Once the procedure or policy is approved, attach it as a Word document, send it to library.valpo.edu, and cc the Library administrative assistant on the email.

4) The Library administrative assistant will enter the department's procedure or policy in Confluence.
