University Closed - What to Submit on a Time Card

Purpose: This procedure serves as a guide for employees who need to submit their time cards after a University closure.
The employee will need to write his or her regular hours in on the time card (what the employee would have worked if we were open), the date, and a note stating, "University closed due to weather conditions."
Employees are paid what they would have worked if the University was open. The Administrative Assistant includes these hours on the "regular hours" line of an employee's time card.
