Deleting an employee's leave plan as viewed on the LEVS form

You cannot delete a leave plan on the LEVS form. You must used the BCLV form, Batch Cancel Leave form to "drop" the leave plan for the employee.

  1. On the BCLV form enter "Drop" into the Cancel Action.  Enter the day before the start date for the leave plans begins as displayed on the LEVS form.  Enter T(est) in the "Test or Live Mode" field field to view the report without updating the database or L(ive) in the Test or Live Mode field. to update the database.  Then detail in on the Restrict Employees field) to bring up the "Select Specification" form (important)

  2. On the "Select Specification" form, enter an "S" into the Select/List field.

  3. The JSBU05 - Envision Statement Generator form will be displayed. Enter the Connective , the Field Name and Relation, and employee id in the value field as shown and hit Save All.

  4. Continue "Save All" on the remaining forms, setting the Output Type to "H" - Hold
