Office Location Updates

This process will be used when an Office Move happens for staff or faculty. The data will be maintained in both EMS and Colleague UI.

In Colleague UI

  • Log in here

  • In the ‘Search for a Form…’ box, enter OFFI

  • On the OFFI Screen:

    • Leave Primary Campus Location as M - Main Campus

    • To change the building, click in the field and click Ctrl-Alt-D to remove the existing value, then enter the new building code

    • Enter the Office - you can write over the existing value

    • If a phone update is needed, please enter the 10-digit phone number in the Ext. field

  • Click Save All
