In order for forms to be routed to the CONHP - Documents queue in Perceptive, they must first be scanned and linked to a particular student record in Colleague. Once linked, Perceptive can "screen scrape" data from Colleague to route the form through the CONHP queues. The following instructions apply to the Administrative Assistant team within the College of Nursing and Health Professions.

5.In a new window, open Colleague.

6.Type XRIA in the search box at the top of the screen. Click Enter or click the looking glass icon.

8.Double click the student file to open. A pop-up box will appear for Academic Program LookUp. Click cancel, twice. The student information will now populate the XRIA form.

Keep the above Colleague screen open and active on one of your monitors.

Type XRIC in the search box at the top of the screen. Click Enter or click the looking glass icon.
Enter the student ID (or name) you would like to link to the open form in Perceptive. Click OK.
The student file will appear. Review it to ensure the correct student is listed then.
In the Course Sections Lookup box, enter the course that the form relates to
Select the course section (confirm the correct term) for the student’s course.
Click ‘Finish’ when the prompt shows again.
The student and course information will now populate the XRIC form.
Keep the above Colleague screen open and active on one of your monitors.
