Google has a plugin allowing called Backup and Sync that allows you to access and edit files saved in your Google Drive files directly within Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerPointother programs. Once installed, you can create, open, and save files within your Google Drive without having to download the file and re-upload it after changes are made.
Step-by-step guide
To install the plug-inplugin:
- Download it from Google’s website at: https://toolswww.google.com/dlpage/driveforoffice/drive/download/backup-and-sync/
- Install it on your computer.

- Once installed, login with your Gmail@Valpo account.
