Resetting the ASRS Server to restore two-way communication between the ILS and ASRS systems.

Basic knowledge of the Dematic interface and Sierra Telnet, and personal initials and password.

Procedure:

1. Open up

6. “r” for Restart a Terminal

11. Chose A> Additional system functions

12 R > Restart a terminal

13 Login again using your Sierra initials

14. “f” for forward until you find the number for “ASRS Server”(this will change every time you go through this process)

15. Enter the number for the ASRS Terminal

16. Contact the IT System Administrator in charge of the ASRS Server. Monday –Friday 8-5(Currently this is Matt Hernes x6891)

17. Let the administrator know that you need to reset the server. At this time they will start the server reset on their end.

21. Go back to the ASRS Computers and log in to the EMS Control Center as Administrator. Username: Admin(case sensitive) No
password

22. Go to the Startup-Shutdown tab and click on shutdown at the bottom of the page.

23. Once the system has shut down (cogs on the left side of the screen will turn grey) click on
