It is important that all applicants receive some communication regarding the status of their application and process. The following is a timeline that serves to guide the departments as to who should receive communication and when:

Applicants who do not meet the threshold requirements. | As early as possible | Department designee contacts the Office of Human Resources. Human Resources will send out email notification through SilkRoad. |
Applicants who do not get a job offer | After all interviews take place | Department Designee contacts the Office of Human Resources. Human Resources will send out email notification through SilkRoad. |
A successful candidate | Once decision is made | Department designee contacts the Office of Human Resources. Offer letter is generated and sent by Human Resources |
