- You will receive an email from imagenow@valpo.edu titled New Task Created (PROV - Appt Letter Signature) with the subject Faculty Appointment Letter. A link to these instructions is included in the email.
- Click on the link at the bottom of the message to be directed to your appointment letter.
- You will be prompted to sign in to Perceptive Content with your Valpo userid and password
- After signing in, the document will be opened automatically.
- You can use the toolbar beneath the document to move from page to page, or to zoom in or out of the document.

- If you have previously signed a document in Perceptive Content, simply enter your password and click OK.
- Your appointment letter has been submitted, and you will receive a copy via email for your records.
- There is not really an acknowledgement after you have completed the signature.
- To confirm that you have completed the task, you may click on 'My Assigned' under the Tasks menu in Perceptive, if nothing appears you are all set (Registrar tasks may appear here also if you have any outstanding.)
