- Open your 3DS.
- From the Home Menu, tap the Home Settings icon in the upper left portion of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap the System Settings icon (the wrench).
- Tap "Internet Settings," then "Other Information," then "Confirm MAC Address."
- The information that is located there is what you will need to renew your wireless connection on your 3DS.
